Ingredients:
- 1 Tbps olive oil
- 1 Tbps flour
- 1,5 L chicken stock or broth
- 1/2 cup vermicelli pasta
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1) To a large pot, add the olive oil and flour and stir for about a minute
2) Add the chicken stock or broth to the pot with the vermicelli pasta and bring to a boil over medium heat
3) Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper
4) Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the pasta is tender and stock is aromatic
5) Serve immediately with extra pepper
