Ingredients:
- 5 green peppers, roasted, peeled and unseeded
- 2 red bell peppers, roasted, peeled and unseeded
- 2 tomatoes, roasted and peeled
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt, to taste
Directions:
1) Add the coarsely chopped peppers and garlic in a bowl and mash them a bit
2) Add the olive oil, vinegar and salt to taste
3) Mix all the ingredients well and serve cold with roasted bread
