KIYMALI YUMURTA (Turkish scrambled egg with meat)

Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 200 g ground beef or lamb
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
1) Add the oil in a nonstick skillet over high heat. Add the meat and cook until the meat is browned
2) Stir occasionally and use a wooden spoon to break up the meat. Stir in the salt and pepper
3) Turn the heat down to medium and pour in the eggs. Let the eggs cook until slightly set
4) Continue stirring until the eggs are set
5) Remove from the heat, sprinkle the eggs with chili flakes (optional!) and serve warm with Turkish bread
