- 1 onion
- 1 green bell pepper,
- 2 chili peppers,
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tomatoes, peeled
- ¼ bunch of parsley
- 1 tsp pepper paste
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried mint
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp pomegranate molasses
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Directions:
1) Add onion, peppers (don’t forget to take the seeds out), garlic, tomatoes and parsley in a food processor to make it really fine and add them in a bowl
2) Mix pepper paste, tomato paste, dried mint, olive oil, pomegranate molasses and lemon juice until smooth
3) Add this mixture into salad, add salt and mix well
4) Chill it in refrigerator for half an hour and serve with Turkish lavash or Turkish pide
