ATOM (Turkish mezze with dried chillies and yoghurt)

Ingredients:
- 500 g thick yoghurt
- 10 chillies, dried
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- Salt to taste

Directions:
1) Salt the yoghurt and transfer to a serving bowl or dish
2) Cut the dried chillies in two
3) Heat the butter over medium heat and add the dried chillies and cook until the butter sizzle and begins to foam
4) Turn the heat off. Add the paprika powder and pour the butter mixture in the centre of the yoghurt
5) Serve with ‘simit’ or ‘pide’ and drink with ‘raki’ ( = the national drink of Turkey)
