PASTIRMA KASELERI (mini cups made from ‘pastirma’, a Turkish cured beef delicacy, filled with feta cheese)

Ingredients:
- 18 slices of pastirma
- 200 g feta cheese, crushed
- 1 paprika, roasted and chopped
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 6 black olives

- 1 tsp olive oil for muffin tin

Directions:
1) Oil your muffin tin and lay slices of pastirma evenly into muffin cups
2) Cook in a pre-heated oven ( = 180°C) for about 4-5 minutes until crispy
3) Take it out and leave it to cool and to set
4) Add the crushed feta cheese, roasted and chopped paprika, chopped parsley, lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl and mix well
5) Fill the cups with the filling and serve with a black olive on top
