TURKISH CHICKEN SOUP WITH VEGGIE

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken thighs
- 1 onion
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 200 g mushrooms, chopped
- Juice of ½ fresh lemon
- ¼ cup of alphabet pasta
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp chicken spice
- Salt to taste

Directions:
1) Boil the chicken thighs with the onion until the chicken meat is tender
2) Discard the onion, chop the chicken in small pieces and let the chicken broth cool
3) In a pot, sauté butter and flour over medium heat
4) Add the cooled chicken broth (approximately 2 L), chopped carrot, chopped celery, mushrooms, lemon juice, chicken spice, pepper and salt to taste and bring to boil
5) Add chicken meat and alphabet pasta
6) Cook the soup until the pasta is tender and serve hot
