EKMEK KEBABI (Turkish bread kebab)

Ingredients:
- 400 g bread, finely chopped
- 1 big onion, grated
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dried mint
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

*For frying:
- 1 cup vegetable oil

*For yogurt:
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- Salt, to taste

*For topping:
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- Dried mint (optional!)
- Chili flakes (optional!)

Directions:
1) Add all the ingredients in a large bowl and knead together for several minutes
2) Take pieces of this mixture and give them the shape of a mini sausage
3) Repeat
4) The best way to fry the bread kebab is in a non-stick skillet with 1 cup vegetable oil. Fry the bread kebab until nicely browned. Take it off the oil and place them in a serving plate
5) Heat the olive oil in a little pan, take the pan off the heat. Add the paprika powder and stir
6) In a bowl, mix the plain yogurt with garlic and salt to taste
7) Serve the bread kebab with garlic yogurt and paprika oil
