Ingredients:
- 500 g Brussels sprouts
- 1 Tbsp butter
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions:
1) Cook the cleaned Brussels sprouts in a pot with salty water for about 8-10 minutes
2) Drain them and set aside
3) Take a pan and heat the butter, add the cooked sprouts into the pan and season them with salt and pepper
4) Sauté the sprouts a few minutes and serve warm
