Ingredients:
- 500 g pasta
- 2 carrots, chopped in small cubes
- 1/3 cup canned corn
- 4 pickles, chopped in small cubes
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup Turkish yogurt
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1) Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, salt and pepper in a large bowl
2) Cook pasta according to package directions and drain
3) Set aside to cool
4) Add the pasta, corn, chopped carrots and chopped pickles to the mayonnaise mixture
5) Mix well and serve at room temperature
