HAYDARI (one of the most popular and well-known mezzes of the Turkish cuisine)

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Greek yoghurt
- 3 Tbsp feta cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 handful dill, minced
- 1 handful fresh mint leaves, minced
- Salt to taste

Directions:
1) Mash the cheese using a fork and stir into the yoghurt
2) Add the grated/crushed garlic, dill, mint and salt and stir really well
3) Put into a piping bag and pipe the mezze on cucumber slices
