TANTUNI (a traditional Southern Turkey street food cuisine, which comprises of thinly diced beef or lamb cooked in a special way with Turkish spices)

Ingredients:
- 500 g beef or lamb, diced tiny
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- Salt
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- Hot water

*For salad mix:
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- ½ bunch parsley, finely chopped
- Olive oil
- Sumac
- Salt
- Chili flakes to taste

Directions:
1) Boil the beef/lamb pieces slightly. This will prevent it from hardening when you pan fry them in oil. Add some salt to the water
2) In the meantime, prepare the salad mix. Add the chopped parsley, diced tomatoes, chopped onions, some olive oil, sumac, salt and chili flakes in a bowl and mix well
3) Heat oil in a pan. Add cooked meat. Stir a few minutes on medium heat
4) Add paprika powder and a few tablespoons of hot water and stir some more. Turn off the heat
5) Take a few tablespoons of meat. Spread it on the bread. Spread some salad mix on top of the meat
6) Serve hot. Drizzle some lemon juice if you want
