GREEN PEPPERS IN TURKISH CHEESE

Ingredients:
- 1 kg green peppers, unseeded and chopped
- 300 g beyaz peynir ( = Turkish white cheese)
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Salt, to taste

Directions:
1) Sauté the chopped peppers with olive oil in a large pan until soft
2) Season with salt
3) Add the crushed Turkish (white) cheese and mix well
4) Cook this mixture for about 3-5 min. on medium heat
5) Serve it with Turkish flatbread as breakfast or lunch
