PICKLED BEANS WITH TOMATO SAUCE

Ingredients:
- 300 g green beans, coarsely chopped
- 500 g tomatoes, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, mashed
- 1 handful of parsley, finely chopped
- 1 handful of dill, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1,5 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp sugar

Directions:
1) Add the coarsely chopped green beans in boiled water and cook them for about 4 minutes
2) Drain the cooked beans and set aside to cool
3) Add all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well
4) Add the cooked and cooled green beans to this mixture and mix them well
5) Put this mixture in the glass jar(s)
6) Close the cap tightly and turn the jar(s) upside down for a while
7) Place them in the fridge and leave for fermentation for about 10 days
