Ingredients:
- 250 g margarine or butter
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/3 cup sparkling water
- 4 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 cups flour
*Topping:
- 2 egg yolks
- Sesame seeds
Directions:
1) Place margarine or butter, oil, yogurt, sparkling water and vinegar into a pot and mix
2) Add salt and baking powder and mix again. Finally add flour little by little and knead slowly
3) When the dough is soft enough, cover it and set aside for one hour
4) Take egg sized pieces and roll on your palm and take all the pogacas onto greased tray
5) Preheat the oven to 180°C. Eggbrush all the pogacas, season with sesame seeds and bake in the oven until their top turns brown enough
