Ingredients:
- 500 g macaroni
- 100 g canned peas
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1/3 cup canned corn
- 4 pickles, chopped
- 1 red chili, finely chopped
- 1 handful of parsley, finely chopped
- 1 handful of fresh dill, finely chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1) Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, salt, pepper, chopped chili, parsley and dill in a large bowl
2) Cook pasta according to package directions and drain
3) Set aside to cool
4) Add the macaroni, peas, chopped carrots and chopped pickles to the mayonnaise mixture
5) Mix well and serve
