Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup spring onions, chopped
- ¼ cup sucuk, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vegetable oil or butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1) Grease a non-stick omelette pan with some oil or butter and heat the pan
2) Bake the chopped sucuk for about a min.
3) Add the eggs to a bowl and beat lightly. Next, add the chopped spring onions and season with salt and pepper and fold in the mixture
4) Pout the egg mixture and cover with a lid and cook on a low flame until the egg is softly done
5) Serve warm with Turkish bread or simit
