SÜTLAC (traditional Turkish rice pudding)

Ingredients:
- 800 ml + 200 ml whole milk
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp rice flour
- Cinnamon

Directions:
1) Add 800 ml of whole milk and 1/2 cup of rice into a pot. Cook on low heat stirring frequently until the rice is soft
2) Add the sugar and stir
3) Dissolve the rice flour in 200 ml of milk. Add this to the pot slowly while whisking. Continue stirring until the pudding thickens
4) Remove from heat and pour into serving cups
5) Set aside until cold. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top
