Ingredients:
- 735 g whole grain flour
- 200 ml water, at room temperature
- 200 ml milk, at room temperature
- 1 Tbsp dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 25 g butter, at room temperature
Directions:
1) Place the dry yeast, sugar, flour, and salt in a bowl and mix
2) Add the liquid ingredients and butter to the mixture and start to knead
3) When your dough is finished, cover the bowl and let it rise for about 1 hour. The dough will be larger, but it does not to need to double
4) Take the rised dough, divide in 2 equal portions, shape and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Cover and let it rise again for about 1 hour
5) Brush the breads with water and dust some flour on it
6) Bake the breads in a 200°C preheated oven for about 35-40 min.
7) When done, transfer the breads to a rack to cool completely
