Ingredients:
- 3 zucchini, grated
- 1 cup thick plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 handful of fresh dill, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1) Grate zucchini in a bowl, squeeze by hand and drain excessive juice
2) Heat olive oil in a pan. Add zucchini and cook for about 5-6 min.
3) Set aside to cool down
4) Mix yogurt and minced garlic well in a bowl
5) When zucchini cools down, add zucchini, dill, salt and pepper tot he garlicy yogurt and mix well
6) Serve cold
