Ingredients:
- 1 kg green peppers, unseeded and chopped
- 300 g feta cheese
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Salt, to taste
Directions:
1) Sauté the chopped peppers with olive oil in a large pan until soft
2) Season with salt (and chili flakes, to taste)
3) Add the crushed feta cheese and mix well
4) Cook this mixture for about 3-5 min. on medium heat
5) Serve it with Turkish flatbread as breakfast or lunch
