TURKISH SALAD WITH CHICKPEAS

Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked vermicelli
- 1 cup cooked bulgur
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1 handful of parsley, finely chopped
- 1 handful of dill, finely chopped
- 3 pickles, chopped
- 2 carrots, grated
- ¼ cup of extra-virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1 fresh lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
1) Add all the ingredients in a large bowl
2) Season with salt and pepper
3) Mix them well and serve it cold
