Ingredients:
- 500 gr broccoli
- 2 carrots
- 1/4 cup kernel corn
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- Salt, to taste
Directions:
1) Divide the broccoli into pieces, wash and cook them à la dente in salted water
2) Peel and chop the carrots in some pieces, wash and cook them also à la dente in salted water
3) Drain the cooked vegetables and add the kernel corn and mix
4) Pour the yogurt over the vegetables and season with chili flakes
