SUCUKLU YUMURTA (fried eggs with ‘sucuk’, Turkish dried sausage)

Ingredients:
- 100 g sucuk, sliced
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
1) Heat the oil in the pan
2) Stir in the sliced sucuk for about 1-2 min.
3) Scatter the sausages around the edges of the pan forming a circle
4) Crack the egg in the middle and cook for a few minutes on medium heat
5) Cook until the egg whites are set
6) Serve hot with crusty bread
